Use of this equipment

- Power of strikes:
It is a dummy weapon with a heavy and rather rigid structure, with relatively hard foam. The impact of the strikes is relatively sustained.

- Light sparring and initiation:
(strikes must not be pressed)
Required: Head Guard and Gloves. Optional: Chest Protector, Groin Guard.

- Classic Sparring:
(the strikes can be scored but the force must be controlled!)
Required: Head Guard, Gloves and Chest Protector or Armor. Optional: Groin Guard, Mouth Guard, Gorget.

It is very important to note that none of our imitation weapons or protection should be used at full strength, with the application of uncontrolled force.
