Article 1 – Product prices

Article 5 – Delivery

5.2 The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.

5.3 In the event of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment to be made with the customer, the latter will contact you 15 days at the latest from the date of your order validation. INSTITUT WUSHUGUAN cannot be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals by the carrier.

5.4 In the event of a group order for several items, including products requiring a supply from us, your entire order will be shipped on the date of availability of the product with the longest lead time.

5.5 For any order paid by check or bank transfer, the deadlines mentioned must be considered from the receipt of the check or bank transfer by our services.

Article 6 – Payment

Any order relating to the reproduction of a drawing, model, brand or other benefiting from the protection of the Intellectual Property Code implies on the part of the Customer the affirmation of the existence of a reproduction right for his benefit. In the event that an order gives rise to an action for infringement and/or unfair competition, it is formally stipulated that the customer alone will bear the possible burden of civil judgments and all the costs incurred by INSTITUT WUSHUGUAN.

15.2 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal: In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods manufactured or personalized for the customer.All clothing and items personalized are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

15.3 - Samples: Upon payment, the company INSTITUT WUSHUGUAN offers for sale, on its website, samples of all the clothing that they offer to personalize, as well as samples of printing and embroidery on textiles. To the extent that the customer does not make a prior request, he undertakes to accept the quality of the clothing and/or embroidery which will be delivered to him, without being able to engage the responsibility of INSTITUT WUSHUGUAN.
