Use of this equipment

- Power of strikes:
It is a dummy weapon with a heavy and rather rigid structure, with relatively hard foam. The impact of the strikes is relatively sustained.

- Light sparring and initiation:
(strikes must not be pressed)
Required: Head Guard and Gloves. Optional: Chest Protector, Groin Guard.

- Classic Sparring:
(the strikes can be scored but the force must be controlled!)
Required: Head Guard, Gloves and Chest Protector or Armor. Optional: Groin Guard, Mouth Guard, Gorget.
