Use of this equipment

- Power of strikes:
It is a rather rigid weapon, without foam at its tip. The impact of the strikes is relatively sustained. It should only be used in light sparring, without thrusting, with adequate protection.

- Light sparring without thrusting:
(strikes must not be pressed)
Required: Head Guard (ST-112 or ST-102), Gloves and Chest Protector or Armor. Optional: Arms Guard, Mouth Guard, Gorget.
