Shipping your package

You will find more detailed information on deliveries in our general sales conditions, in article 5.

Order preparation time (to be added to the delivery time)

Our orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). In the event of payment by check or bank transfer, orders are only prepared upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the delivery location, the type of product and the carrier selected. The delays generally observed are:

- France : 24 to 48 hours.
- Europe: 2 to 5 days.
- Reste du Monde: 7 to 10 day.

Choice of carrier

Our main carriers are DPD, UPS and DB Schenker, selected for their speed and excellent quality of service. We request them based on destinations and package types.

Delivery tracking is accessible from our website (“my account” section). Our carriers also communicate by email and telephone. In the event of any difficulty, you can contact our customer service who will liaise with them to ensure delivery in the best conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location, the items ordered and the carrier selected.

To know the exact amount of the costs relating to your order, you must be connected to your account (by having previously created your account and registered a delivery address). The amount of shipping costs will then be directly updated in your basket with each item added.

Direct withdrawal of your purchases (Toulouse, France only)

By selecting the "Collect in store" option at the end of your order, in the delivery section, you will be able to collect your purchases from our store, in the Toulouse region (France). No shipping costs will be charged. You will be notified of the availability of your order by telephone or e-mail within 12 hours.
