Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 14 days after receipt of your order, to our address.

The items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing re-marketing in new condition, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

Personalized clothing and items, products available only on order, as well as all media (VCD, DVD, etc.) are excluded from the right of return and exchange.

Exchanges : Please note on the copy of the purchase invoice the term "for exchange" and indicate the size you wish to receive.

In both cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers.

In the event of an exchange (excluding large items), the replacement product will be shipped by Wushug, at no additional cost.

In the event of a full order refund (excluding large items), Wushuguan will refund the original order in full, including shipping costs.
