Use of this equipment

- Power of strikes:
It is a weapon made of relatively hard wood. The impact of the strikes is very sustained. It should only be used in light sparring, without thrusting, equiped with appropriate gears.

- Light sparring without thrusting:
(strikes must not be pressed)
