Use of this equipment

- Power of strikes:
This is a soft structure dummy weapon, with soft foam and textile cover. The impact of the strikes is relatively light.

- Light sparring and initiation:
(strikes must not be pressed)
Required: Head Guard and Gloves (ST-113 or ST-103). Optional: Chest Protector, Groin Guard.

- Classic Sparring:
(the strikes can be scored but the force must be controlled!)
Required: Head Guard, Gloves (ST-113 or ST-103) and Chest Protector. Optional: Arms Guard, Groin Guard, Mouth Guard, Gorget.
