WUSHUGUAN is a company, incorporated under French law, specializing in the sale of equipment intended for the practice of martial arts and Chinese energy arts (clothing, weapons and accessories).

Article 1 – Use of products

The products sold on the site www.wushuguan.com are exclusively intended for the practice of martial arts and Chinese energy arts.

In France, this practice is regulated by a federation under ministerial approval (FFAEMC, 27 Rue Paul Decaen – 75012 Paris).

The items sold by WUSHUGUAN should only be used in the practice of martial arts and Chinese energy arts, under the supervision of a competent and qualified teacher. Any use outside this framework is expressly prohibited and will therefore remain the responsibility of the user.

Like all of our products, clothing, traditional costumes and lion dance items are accessories intended for sporting practice. These are in no way disguises or toys that are suitable for children under 14 years old.

None of our products should be ingested, ignited, taken apart or modified in any way. They should not be left within the reach of children. No product should be diverted from its use as described on our website, in our conditions of sale and use or in the instructions provided. Article 2 – Sale of weapons for sporting purposes

Several products sold in our “Weapons” section are classified as sixth category weapons according to French legislation. WUSHUGUAN is registered as an arms importer, war weapons importer, arms seller and has a gunsmith license.

These weapons are exclusively designed for the sporting discipline called “Taolu” (individual chaining), as described in the federal regulations (FFAEMC). They must be used individually and not in combat or for any other form of practice with a partner. They must not be used to cut, pierce, slash or strike any object or other weapon, and in general, they must not be used against a natural person.

Before using a weapon, it is important to have its state of wear checked by a qualified person. This check must take place before any use, as well as regularly during use.

In accordance with French law, sixth category weapons will only be sold and must be used by adults. Like all of our products, it is imperative to only use the weapons as part of training in martial arts and Chinese energy arts, under the supervision of a competent and qualified teacher.

For any first order of one of these items, our customers must prove that they are of legal age, by sending us a copy of an identity document by email or mail (CNI, Passport, Driving license). Orders will only be processed after receipt of this document. WUSHUGUAN cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to non-communication of the identity document.

Article 3 – Sale of personal protection (gears)

Personal protection (chest protectors, gloves, helmets, shells, and other types of protection) sold on Wushuguan.com must only be used as part of training in martial arts and Chinese energy arts, under the supervision of a teacher. competent and qualified. The protections must be used to the exclusion of any other sport (mechanics, board sports, paragliding, etc.). Each protection is designed for a specific use, described in a product sheet and a user manual.

It is important to have the state of wear, fixing and correct placement of each protection checked by a qualified person. This verification must take place before any use, as well as regularly during use, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the product.
