Broadswords

Broadsword is certainly the most popular Kungfu weapon. It is used in both internal and external styles, all over China, with some variations in the shape of the blades and handles. Modern Wushu favors very flexible blades with noisy handling, while rigid to slightly flexible blades are more appreciated for traditional Tai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu.
